De boot ligt in de nieuwe gewilde wijk Westerdok op 10 minuten lopen van het centraal station. De boot heeft een badkamer met douche,bad en toilet. Slaapkamer met een 2 persoonsbed en een kamer met uitzicht over het water. Eventueel kunnen hier nog 2 bedden geplaatst worden.
De Prinsengracht komt uit op het westerdok waar ook het begin is van de gayparade! De Noordermarkt en Westerstraat zijn slechts een paar minuten lopen hier vandaan!
Van vroeg in de ochtend tot laat in de avond is er zon op de 20 meter lange steiger! Er staat een picknick-tafel om lekker buiten te kunnen zitten.
Beddengoed en handdoeken worden voor gezorgd.
