Ivybank is an ideal base for the many and varied attractions that Perthshire and Scotland have to offer. Discover the art of the glass maker at Caithness Glass visitor centre in Perth. Visit one of the many distillerys, a must if you're coming to Scotland.

For the young or young at heart, visit the Beatrix Potter Exhibition at Birnam or take a drive to Kirriemuir, birth place of JM Barrie, author of Peter Pan.

Fish for trout and salmon on the River Tay and its tributaries, the Almond, Earn, Ericht, Tilt and Tummel. Visit one of the many castles within a 90 minute drive, including:

Glamis - the childhood home of the Queen Mother
Blair - a magnificent white turreted castle, home of the Duke of Atholl.
Scone Palace - where kings of Scotland were crowned.
