Queen Charlottes Orangery, Bath

The Orangery was the 1817 home of Queen Charlotte. It has a rich history, with wonderful rooms around an Italianate courtyard garden - all the luxury of a 5-star hotel, but with a personal touch.

Although quite small, The Orangery is one of the finest guest houses in Bath. It is on Sydney Place, which is the street where the novelist Jane Austen once lived.

An 8-minute flat walk from the Roman Baths, shops and restaurants, Queen Charlotte’s Orangery is centrally located away from the noise. Queen Charlotte was the wife of King George III.

Breakfast at The Orangery is served in either the rotunda atrium or the garden. Private functions for up to 25 guests can be accommodated.
