• Lamphey Court Hotel

  Built in 1823, this Georgian mansion hotel is just 2 miles from the coast at Freshwater East. Pembroke town is 2 miles away, and Milford Haven, Bosherston and Tenby are all within easy reach.
  
  The candlelit Georgian Restaurant offers fresh and creative dining, whilst the informal Conservatory Restaurant serves lighter meals and provides al fresco dining in the summer.
  
  Lamphey Court has resident holistic beauty therapists, offering a range of treatments. The spa and leisure centre is currently not in use, however, the new spa and leisure facility will open in the summer of 2011. The hotel also has floodlit tennis courts and a jogging route.
  
  All rooms are en suite with a TV, and some rooms have parkland views. Free on-site parking is available, and free Wi-Fi is also accessible throughout the hotel.
  
  Pembrokeshire is great for soothing the mind and exciting the spirit. On your doorstep you’ll find stunning coastal walking, fishing, sailing, surfing, riding and the high adrenaline sport of coasteering (invented, incidentally, in Pembrokeshire).

• Elm Grove Country House

  Tenby (at 6.7km) - In a beautiful, tranquil location, nestled amongst acres of lawns and fields, this charming 4-star country house has been run by the Rees family for 50 years.
  
  This elegant Georgian house has an idyllic setting in its own delightful grounds in the picturesque village of St. Florence, 3 miles from Tenby. During your stay, you can explore the interesting village inns, historic Flemish chimneys and enjoy the peaceful setting of this colourful, fragrant village, which has blossomed into one of the foremost floral villages in Britain.
  
  The historic building boasts plenty of period charm and beautiful original features, including marble fireplaces, panelled doorways and large picture windows. All of the attractive, individually decorated rooms are en suite and include bathrobes among all other excellent modern facilities.
