Resting in stunning parkland, wooded grounds and gardens, Hinton Grange Hotel offers low beams, stonewalls, blazing open fires and candlelight in all the lounges and the Daintree Restaurant. This all creates a romantic, old world charm and ambience of an age past. The lounges and beautiful old Inglenook Restaurant, considered to be one of the best in the West of England, are all small, cosy and intimate. The facilities available to our resident guests include a pitch and putt, croquet lawn and fishing lake.
There is a wealth of local attractions in the area surrounding Hinton Grange, all set in some of the most picturesque countryside. We have a concentration of established, outstanding golf courses, to suit all golfing tastes, in addition to which, we have our own 9 hole pitch and putt, perfect for unwinding on those summer evenings.
Just a 15 minute drive from Hinton Grange is the amazing city of Bath. Famous for the Roman Baths, but also fantastic for exploring, with its interesting shops, Georgian architecture and brimming with restaurants and galleries. Other attractions include: Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole, Westonbirt Arboretum, Castle Coombe (motor sports) Dyrham Park, Avebury, Lacock Abbey and Bristol (only drive 15 minutes away).
All of our rooms are unique, with period and antique decor and furnishings. They are all delightful, spacious rooms with period, working open coal fires (with the exception of room 20) and a well spaced dining area for entertaining around the fire. Rooms offer the facilities listed in "room descriptions" and most have Victorian style baths. Our suites have mini bars.
