Walchsee - The Mountain Inn chalets are your own small holiday homes in the style of mountain lodges, surrounded by the beautiful mountain landscape of the Tyrolean Alps.
On the foot of the Kalvarienberg and the Zahmer Kaiser mountains, the chalets are located in the picturesque village of Walchsee, close to the village centre and the lake. Every chalet is comfortably equipped and features a cosy veranda and a garden.
The Mountain Inn offers you many sports and leisure opportunities, from hiking and cycling to Nordic walking and golf.
In winter, there are 150 km of cross-country ski runs right at the doorstep, and several skiing areas, such as Steinplatte-Waidring, Skiwelt Scheffau and Kössen, are in the immediate vicinity. Some alps invite you to enjoy a cosy mountain lodge evening and a sled run.
With your chalet you have your chosen your ideal holiday home. The individuality and freedom of your own home surrounded by nature, rest and relaxation, and yet close to the village and the lake - this is what makes the Mountain Inn so unique.

Kössen (at 6.8km) - Newly renovated in spring 2008, the Hotel Gasthof Post is situated in the very centre of the village of Kössen, surrounded by the beautiful panorama of the Tyrolean mountains.
We offer completely newly designed rooms and a romantic terrace. Several parlours and a new lounge area and bar are very popular meeting places. A generous breakfast is included in the room price, which will served either on the terrace or in one of our cosy parlours, depending on the weather.
Our newly renovated rooms are individually and stylishly furnished. Equipped with a visible love of detail, they radiate a cosy and romantic atmosphere. All rooms feature flat screen TVs.
