Gmunden - Schlosshotel Freisitz Roith enjoys an idyllic and quiet location on the eastern shore of Lake Traun, with amazing views of the lake and the town of Gmunden.
This charming, historic castle from the 16th century offers comfortable, light-flooded rooms and suites with beautiful lake views, as well as an excellent restaurant.
The breakfast buffet is available until 11:00.
The gourmet restaurant was awarded 2 toques by Gault Millau. It serves Austrian and international cuisine and offers a wide selection of wines from the well-stocked wine cellar.
Coffee, cakes and small snacks are served in the afternoon.
The winter garden and the terrace offer fantastic views of the lake, the town and Ort Castle.
